Aloha, today marks the 4th anniversary of the tragic events that will forever mark the day of September 11, 2001 in the memories of the world. We take time to remember those who lost their lives and to look back on the events of that day. In Honolulu, HCC unveils a new memorial dedicated to the September 11th events that took place. We read an excerpt of the message given by the Governor and Lt. Governor of the State of Hawaii that remembers 9/11 and the ongoing current events that are affecting the United States. In local news we discuss the increasing rise in gas prices here in the islands and for those cat lovers we meantion the cat show being put on by the Hawaii All Breed Cat Club here in Honolulu. We also remind all our listeners on how they can contribute to the Hurricane Katrina relief efforts via the American Red Cross.
