So what do you do in Hawaii on a rainy day? Well you can still always go to the beach, but sometimes the surf is way crazy! As for me, I love to ice skate. See I grew up playing hockey and when I moved to Hawaii, I was amazed to learn that an ice skating rink existed here. More about that and news about the new book “Broken Trust“. about your request for feedback – i’d love to hear more local news in the beginning of the podcast.
also, how about setting up a survey or a questionnaire on this site asking if we like/dislike specific things about the podcasts? that’d get you some good feedback, i’d think.

Just took a listen to the Vox Monitor review of your show that you mentioned. It’s obvious that these guys don’t understand your show and the Hawaii vibe that you provide. I don’t live in Hawaii, but I love your show and the reason is that I feel like I’m still there when I listen. I’m sure that there are a lot of your loyal fan base that feels the same. You provide great music and interesting interviews that I really enjoy. It sounded to me like those guys had gotten their hands on a little Maui Waui.Kepp up the great work. Aloha!
