Most of the real estate data reported through Hawaii news outlets is based mainly on Oahu sales data. While Oahu boasts the highest number of activity and transactions, we felt those on the neighbor islands would be interested in sales data on their own island. Prudential Locations recently released a one of a kind statewide real estate report covering home sales on Oahu, Maui, Kauai, and the Big Island. The report also provides a statewide report which aggregates data from the four major islands. This report is updated monthly and is provided as a service to the community.
